Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) and 3TREES Ghana have signed an agreement to roll out a nationwide paint discount scheme. This initiative includes plans to establish a dedicated sales outlet in every parliamentary constituency across Ghana. The project aims to support national beautification efforts ahead of Ghana's 70th independence anniversary on March 6, 2027.
The agreement forms part of the 'Brighten Ghana Initiative', a national project designed to support the maintenance and beautification of homes, businesses, schools, and community buildings. Ghanaians will receive discounts ranging from 35% to 55% on eligible exterior all-weather paints from 3TREES. These sales are scheduled to run from October 1, 2026, to March 30, 2027, covering the anniversary period.
