Enterprise Properties Limited (EPL) has launched a comprehensive seven-pillar strategy aimed at future growth. The real estate company seeks to expand its operations beyond Accra and solidify its role in Ghana’s property sector.

This strategic shift comes as Ghana's property market shows signs of recovery. Improved macroeconomic conditions, such as easing inflation and a more stable currency, are providing a favourable environment. Consecutive Bank of Ghana policy rate cuts are also expected to boost financing activity in real estate.

The company's plan aligns with broader trends of urbanisation and increasing demand for professional real estate services in Ghana. As the economy stabilises, private sector investments are crucial for sustained growth. This expansion into secondary cities reflects a wider national development strategy.

Managing Director Kwadwo Nini Owusu articulated the company's vision during its 15th-anniversary celebration in Accra. Mr. Owusu stated, “Our vision is clear, deliberate and forward-looking.” He emphasized the company’s intent to become Ghana’s most trusted real estate services partner for various stakeholders.

The new strategy will see EPL increase investments in technology infrastructure. This includes property management platforms and data analytics tools. These tools aim to improve operational efficiency and provide better visibility into asset performance for clients. Mr. Owusu confirmed, “We will leverage digital tools and data to transform how properties are managed and experienced.”

EPL also plans to expand its geographic footprint. The company targets emerging urban centres like Kumasi, Takoradi, and Tema. Demand for real estate services is growing in these areas due to urban expansion and increased commercial activity. Furthermore, EPL sees growth opportunities within the broader Enterprise Group’s regional presence in Nigeria and The Gambia.

Partnerships will be a cornerstone of this expansion. EPL will collaborate with developers, landlords, corporate occupiers, and international firms. These partnerships will leverage EPL's local market expertise. The company will also continue to invest in staff training and professional accreditation. This strengthens internal capacity and develops future industry professionals.

Operational efficiency and sustainability will increasingly shape EPL's business model. This responds to client demand for environmentally responsible and technology-driven property solutions. EPL started operations in 2011 with two employees, offering property management, facilities management, leasing, project management, and advisory services. The company has since grown to 29 employees, broadening its service offering past the Enterprise Group ecosystem.

This strategic move by EPL indicates a positive outlook on the Ghanaian real estate sector. Observers will watch how effectively the company executes its seven pillars. Success could encourage further private sector investment outside the capital. The market will also assess the impact of technology integration on service delivery and operational costs.
