Public institutions must submit their quarterly Commitment Control Reports to the Internal Audit Agency on the tenth day after each quarter ends, the Ministry of Finance said in a second-quarter 2026 compliance notice published on 5 November.
The notice refers to the ministry’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Financial Management Commitment Control and Expenditure Management Measures, issued on 2 May 2025.
It restates the reporting requirement rather than announcing a new submission timetable. The text of the notice does not give a compliance percentage, identify institutions that failed to report or announce sanctions.
The notice concerns the second quarter of 2026. Its November publication date should not be read as a new deadline for that reporting period.
